Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

NHK from Japan in English is available easily with a Sky dish.

You can only get channels from satellites that are above the horizon.
You can only get channels if you're pointing at them, but you can use multiple LNB's on one dish or a movable dish too.
You can only get pay channels if you pay for them.

Most satellite dishes here point at 28.2°E for UK. Freesat is free.

    19.8°E has German channels
13.0°E has Italian channels, Tivusat is the Free To View system
9.0°E has Irish channels but you need a Ka LNB and a dish without holes.

It's on a different band so the wavelength is shorter by half.

Just means you shouldn't use a SKY dish.

Long term we may see more spot beams like this , but for now let's enjoy the foreign overspills.
