Locked out of Wii U and new broadband

My darling son locked himself out of his Wii U by password locking it. We can’t reset the password as no internet connection set on it and can’t get into the settings to set one up Any ideas to sort it quick and easy

We can’t reset the password as no internet connection set on it and can’t get into the settings to set one up

Any ideas to sort it quick and easy
