Does anyone ever reply to pm or post after being asked for details

    Had a post yesterday about eir not doing early upgrade anymore. Was asked for details to be sent by pm which I did and got no reply. So can anyone answer when did eir stop doing early upgrade? Things have gone bad since meteor was take over by eir. Never had a problem when if was meteor. Think it's time to switch.
