Got my p60 ..filled out my form 12 for a balancing statement and it’s being held up for checking as my company never forwarded my P60 info to revenue..so do they need to forward the info of the P60? Or is it ok ? Panicking as I do this over a week ago and need it for a bank meeting tomoro..

Your employer probably hasn't filed the P35 yet. It's not due until Feb 23rd. Unless they inform you otherwise then the details won't change from what they've given you.

Will revenue wait so for the P35 to be filled out before releasing my p21

They accepted the details I entered from my husbands final payslip as his P35 hadn't been filed.

Ring them and ask if there is an issue? Are you expecting a large refund? That could be holding it up.

Sorry to hijack but does anyone know how I would get my P60? I only started working in Ireland in Sept 2018 and need it to show the bank. I sent an enquiry 2 weeks ago on myrevenue.ie but nothing back. My employer just said "it will issue in February".. does this mean I should hound them for it or is there a date they would actually receive it on?

The employer issues the P60. They have until 23/02/19 to file their P35 return with Revenue. So you should have it by then.

So potentially before the 23rd and 23rd at the latest?

The employer could issue a P60 anytime after week 52 of 2018 was processed. Some do them early, some wait until last minute. However any P35 return filed with Revenue after the due date is potentially liable to a penalty.
