    As above,I am waiting for almost an hour for a response from your side regarding unlocking my phone despite it saying we will be with you shortly. Can I send on my screenshot details in a pm so you can handle it?

    It tells you on the RHS of this page, it's 23hrs, online from 12-5.

    They are having huge issues with customer service at the moment

    Do not expect a direct response to your thread in a short timeframe. (2 days is very short!)

    If you do have to talk to them you will need to ring & hold....
