I recently switched to eir. Bundle package mobile, broadband and house phone.

The mobile phone signal is atrocious where I live. Its unusable. I live in a reasonably large town.

The signal in other nearby towns is fine, which shows its not my phone, its the signal.

The signal is not fit for purpose.

Can somebody spell out the steps to get the mobile part of my contract cancelled, without quibble, as its not fit for purpose, and get me switched back to my previous provider.

The home broadband part of the contract is fine.

    Hi jasper100,

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your signal at home.

Is this happening indoors or outdoors?
Could you change the settings on your phone to connect to 3G or 2G?
    Does this make a difference?
