Broker Fees - No foal no fee? Whats usual ?

    Hi,

    Is there any fee to the person applying for a mortgage at all or does the successful bank pay the broker?

    Not being smart but you need to ask the Broker that.

    We spoke with 3 brokers in 2011 or so 2 of the 3 wanted to charge a fee. We went with the guy who didn't with no regrets.
