Topped up on wrong service provider

    Hey,

    Mistakenly topped up my friends number with eir as the provider on the AIB mobile app as was under the impression she was with them however turns out she wasn't and yet the 20€ has still been taken from my account. Is it possible to have this refunded and if so how?

    Hi stayfyr,

    Yes to do so you would need to send a screenshot of the transaction and give exact details of the transaction to customercare@eir.ie this will be looked into by our customer care team once viewed they should be able to process  this refund for you.
