Trouble Receiving Calls/Texts from Ireland While Roaming in France

    Hello,

    I have a recurring issue while roaming in France where calls from Ireland will not come though (they are sent straight to voicemail)

    Likewise texts from Ireland are not arriving. I now can't use my credit card to buy online here as the Verified by Visa texts from AIB will not send to me.

    This is very frustrating.

    Making calls to Ireland works fine, calling my wife who is roaming here also, works fine.

    I have tried manually selecting network (Orange or Bouygues Telecom) or leaving my phone do it manually but I'm still having problems. Intermittently I can receive calls from Ireland and from time to time I get Eir texts saying welcome to France (I've been here for weeks) so I suspect it is some sort of network issue.

    Please advise.

    Sorry to hear this is happening. I will certainly get this investigated. 
    Could you PM the following details?
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder?
    6. Mobile Number & PIN

    As soon as I get this information I will contact our technical team.
