Young fella unlocked the sliding door earlier while there was a key in the other side, now it seems to be off, will still lock and open but takes an extra turn it seems and key is a bit harder to get out. Any ideas what he done and how to fix if possible??

There are guys around who repair tese as well as windows. Your household insurer would probably have a contact.

We had problem with our sliding door (accidental damage) and the insurer just sent a guy round.
