Fibre To The Home

    Hi, 
    I pre-ordered 1000Mbps fibre to the home broadband on January 10th from an online Eir sales rep. It is supposed to go live in my area this coming Wednesday the 6th of February. She said that the KN engineers would call out to my house before that date and install the necessary equipment so that it is all ready to go for Wednesday. However with just 2 days to go I haven't received any appointment time or date and on the MyEir homepage it still says my appointment date is "Pending". I can provide my Account number and Order number in a PM if necessary.

    Until the go live date no orders will progress and will stay pending
    Assuming no issue and the exchange does go live you will receive an appointment text on that date for likely 4 days out
    The rep was talking crap
