Cheapest all you can eat 4G data plan right now?

I have 4Mbit ADSL to my house and work from home. Looking for an all you can eat 4G plan I can put the kids on so they are not disrupting me. I can see the local tower from back of my house so signal is very good. That said, who has the cheapest unlimited 4G data plan now?

AFAIK there's only one option which is a Three PAYG phone SIM 20e per 28 days
