Any advice on which is the better choice?

I'm just wondering what any of you lads think is the best choice to make between these two builds.

The second one is little more expensive but there seems very little between them to me, would it be worth the extra few quid?
Any advice or recommendations you'd give for either build, or even a different build/supplier?

Second one has a newer processor, and an RTX 2070 compared to the GTX 1060

Yeah, 2nd one is light years ahead in all aspects, the first one is very dated already.
