Anyone want a watch to practice polishing on?

A 17 year old fossil watch I have is looking a little bit worse for wear.

I use it as a real beaters so it scratched to bits. I tried to polish it myself a about 6 years ago and didn't make a great job of it

It a has a wee bit if sentimental value to me, but not enough to pay for a professional polish

There's actually a Ronda quartz movement in this piece. It's taken some serious abuse and it kept on ticking :)
