Purchased a April 2018 BMW in Manchester. The V5 and DVLA state that the CO2 rating for this car is 119g/km. BMW Ireland's site states that it is 125 g/km. Has this got anything to do with the new test. The NEDC test has been replaced by the WLTP test. Does anyone know when this new test regime takes effect and does it effect 181 cars. Which figure will be used by Revenue when calculating the amount of VRT to be paid.

It came in around last September on brand new cars. It's not retrospectively being applied to cars older than that.
