    Hi guys,

I'm a business consultant working freelance- I've a 2nd interview with a company's MD (previous interview was with 2 divisional managers) for a co-ordinator role.

I've never had a 2nd interview for a position before, 1st interview was generic CV/experience/education discussion- does anyone have experience as to what a 2nd interview may entail/how best I can prepare?

Also as a by-the-side; would anyone know how likely my chances of getting the position is at this stage? I'm new to 2nd interviews so don't know what my chances are.

Thanks for any advice in advance!

This basically means you have the job.

The divisional managers have said they want to hire you.

The MD wants to check you're normal.

It's going to be fairly informal. A chat to make sure s/he likes you.

    Good luck.
