Turning boiler room into a utility room

3 bed bungalow circa 1970’s with a large enough boiler room that would be a really good utility room. Would it be a big job to turn this boiler room into a utility room. It’s block walls and block ceiling. It’s just at the back of the kitchen and had so many uses. I’d put an indoor boiler or if finances allowed an outside…

Would it be a big job to turn this boiler room into a utility room. It’s block walls and block ceiling. It’s just at the back of the kitchen and had so many uses. I’d put an indoor boiler or if finances allowed an outside boiler in place of the one currently there

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
