Quiting Eir

    I have been an Eircom/Eir customer for many years. While I am still an Eir Broadband/Landline customer I am well out of contract. As I am out of contrac do I need to give Eir notice of my intention to cancel my current agreement with Eir and if so how long before I terminate our agreement do I need to inform Eir and how do I go about this.

    To cancel your eir services you need to give us 30 days notice.  You can do so by calling us on 1901 or click here for more information on how to cancel your account.
