    Hi all,

I wonder if anyone could give any advice on Knocknacarra?

Looking to buy in the next few months, and there seems to be a lot of properties available there. Aside from viewing one or two places (Sliabh Ard / Cois na Farraige), and driving around a bit, I amn’t actually that familiar with it, and don’t have friends living there who might be able to advise.

Can anyone perhaps advise? I know it’s a big enough area, but ideally somewhere suitable for young families, safe, reasonably reliable bus route.

Any help at all would be very welcome!

It's the biggest suburb in Galway, traffic towards town is awful but that does not make it any worse than anywhere else.

Endless housing but sure what can you do
