    Hi all.Have a hkc sw 812 with a GSM P. My question is how do you program the panel/GSM to send a text when the other users disarm the alarm.Any help would be appreciated.

    To change numbers you would need engineer access to the panel.

    In the serial port menu you can change them.

    Tks Altor.You wouldn't know the sub section of the menu i might find that?I think from the past there was a few options like report tech etc.?

    Its the sms menu you set it up in.

    It is all done from the panel, then it will all sync.

    Still no luck Altor.In the serial port menu the only option is through the dialler menu which gets you into the GSM p menu with the engineer code.Once in the sms menu It will let you report things via text like tech,soak inhibit,Arm.No disarm option there.Something else I'm missing?

    In the sms menu you set up the site name and the phone numbers.
    You have to be in this menu if you are able to change what it reports.

    Yes.I am there.Site name.text phone names.phone nos phone types.pphone opts blk assign.test.What do I do then Altor?

    You need to set up site name, home address.
    Phone numbers is who you want it to text.

    It will send arm disarm.
    You need to set it up for what ever user you want to receive this text

    It does both, not just disarm on its own.

    Hi Altor.This is Adrian again.You helped me with the text for sw812 and gsm-p ;arm/disarm.Is there a way to stop the local text like if you're in the house and wanted to arm a downstairs at night?Many thanks.

    It will text when you part set A or B on the keypad evenwhen I'm in my house.Can that feature be disabled when local? Working perfectly through the phone remotely.

    No unfortunately not, it will just text as the system is setting and unsetting.

    Once the system is set up for arm disarm it will text your phone for part sets also
