Car question, Audi

15 reg audi a6 2.0 tdi se ultra 187bhp, when I accelerate and turn steering wheel around a corner in 1st or 2nd gear at 1500rpm there is a rattling clicking sound it goes once I get into a higher gear or straighten out, it's an automatic

Unfortunately poor sarcasm is all I can offer. Anything loose around the wheel arches that might be being clipped off of?

CV Joints? Not likely on a car of that age (you don't mention the mileage). That's all that comes to mind.

A guess would be CV joints inner or outer
Drive around a car park and go around in circles
Should hear the typical clicking or clunking sound
Was typical on the older models

Just have a look
Have you had any work done recently,something not tightened correctly
Price the parts online,just to get a rough guide

Just when turning left or right in 1st and 2nd gear, once I straighten up and put down the boot its gone

It could be anything been honest mate
Your best bet is to find a indi garage that works on Audi's or join one of the Audi forums,could be a common fault
Vwaudiforum UK would be a good place for info
That sort of rattling noise would wreck my head too
