Keeping old phone number

    I have spent over an hour on hold to Eir on two different occasions today trying to speak to an Eir rep, after an hour on hold the phone cuts off. I had a phone and broadband installed this week and was told to contact Eir to have the old number restored to the line, can you help with this

    An Eir rep actually rang me back after I my call cut off the first time. Its sorted
