Early upgrade on second phone on account

    hi just wondering is it possible to get an early upgrade on a second phone on my account( my partners ) as she broke it and cannot use the phone at all, any help welcome

    If your partner's phone is out of contract you can avail of an upgrade. 

    If you PM the following details I can check if you are eligible?
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder?
