    Could a rep please advise the precise current requirements for cancellation of a broadband/talk/eir vision contract within the 14 Day Cooling off period? Specifically - how/to whom should notice be given (written or over the phone)? When/where should modem/cables/TV boxes/home plugs be sent and how?
