David O,Sullivan down near Inch, Co. Wexford. Bought off him for a good number of years. Very happy with the quality of his birds and his personal interest in how the birds fare after release.
Most game farms now buy in day olds from France, nothing wrong with that. It’s how they bring them on until you take them that counts.
Strong,well feathered birds will always do well with the vagaries of our summers.
