    Hi, we purchased a house a few months ago. It has only recently come up our attention that our water is connected to mains water through a neighbours field via his house. If he wants to get this changed what is involved in this? We aren’t bothered about changing it but he wants it changed

    You or your neighbour will have to apply for a new connection. If your neighbour is already connected, you might have to apply for this.

    If you do wish to apply, you can start your application on our website here.
