    So I rang eir two days ago in order to cancel my broadband and home phone service. Is there any way to confirm that my request has been received? Thanks.

    If you PM the following details I can confirm if your request has been processed. 
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder?
