Kitchen extractor fan and hood - replace or repair

    I’m wondering are square vent covers / housing similar.

    Fan and light is not comming on and I’d prefer to replace but considering a repair

    Replace would be all the better if I didn’t had to buy an ext for the vent, there is a bit of a drop there

    Where to pref see and buy new ones ? Or www purchase ...

    Replace, not even worth attempting to repair a hood that probably cost less than €100.

    Get one with a height adjustable chimney if you're worried about the height.

    It’s orobably 5 to 8 years old and doesn’t look to be high quality

    The switch was broken and I managed to repair it :-) Happy days

    Not necessary but I can buy a spare one
