New contract price

    Hi,

    Back in December I signed up to a new contract and the lovely lady I was talking to said my new bill will be €23.99 a month. Happy days, I thought.

    So, December's bill comes through and it's higher due to it being part new contract part old, that's fine.

    January's bill comes through and it's €59.99.

    Can somebody help me out here? I was sold a contract of €23.99 a month. Even on my dashboard it says €36 off for 12 months.

    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder? 

    As soon as I get this information I can check why your bill is higher.

    Me again. So I got my next bill and I can see it's been updated but it also looks like I'm being charged extra as an apology?

    Can you have a look at the attachment please, maybe I'm looking at it wrong.
