I moved to Dublin. And want to buy one bedroom property around Spencer dock. But the property quality is considered in this area. It is said the apartment, closed Central Bank Building and Dockland Dart station, leaks and fire safety problems found in the last couple of years, such as Longford house, Baltrasna House and Kirkpatrick house, etc. And the owners of the block have to pay several thousand for remedial works. It is true? And it is finished? Anybody who live in this area or apartments can give me some suggestion? May thanks.
