The town the other side of me i'm pretty sure is closer. How can i find out if it is closer?
If it is closer is it possible to change to that one.
    Thank You.

    Hi myUzername,

As fritzelly has advised it is not possible to move to a new exchange. Your line would always be from the closest exchange

If you contact our technical team on 1890260260 they can check about your broadband
