Price for Structural Engineering Report

    We currently have a bungalow and will be building an additional floor and extension.

    We need to get a structural ancillary cert, structural drawings and all else included for sign to completion.

    What are estimated budgets? Has anyone advice on this?

    3-4K as ancillary engagement where there’s another professional signing off on the remaining building regulations.

    Thanks. I have also received pricing for all else inlcluding construction drawings, sign offs etc for 7.5k + VAt
