T90si replacement

Hi,
I need to replace my triton t90si 8.5KW, i want to keep cost to a minimum as I plan on renovating the whole bathroom next year,

But will it be much hassle to change over? Will it need different cabling due to different wattage or will it line up vastly different on the wall,
I know there is a newer equivalent of the si but its over 200 quid and I can't justify spending that at the moment,

Ah Jesus, more money it is then, is installing a power shower cheaper in the long run?
Just a matter of adding a pump in the attic and the shower itself?
I appreciate that I am probably showing my stupidity here, again
