Anyone know where I can get those small Silica bags to take some moisture out of my headlights? Checked seals and everything looks ok otherwise.

Ask in a shoe shop, they usually have them inside shoes.

Hair dryer, make sure rubber tubing if fitted isn't blocked that lets moisture out.

After you return from a drive with the lights on, take off the cover behind the headlamp enclosure to let the water vapour out (the heat off the bulb should create vapour from the trapped condensation).

If it's easily accessible, take out a bulb and use a vacuum cleaner to draw out the vapour.

    What car is it?

For E36 BMW this is a common issue, when I had a E36 I just removed the rear covers and kept driving.

Skoda Superb, current shape. Not unheard of with these.
