Can't login, can't re-register to eir sport.

    As the title says, I can't login, I can't re register. My device is no longer recognised. I also get a bill with a negative amount but this is never credited to my account.
    Can you fix this?

    Exact same issue here- can’t access the red eir sport app and also had a negative bill that never went into my account

    Completely understand your frustration on this matter. If you could please provide me the following information I will happily look into this for you:
    1. Account name
    2. Account number
    3. Can you confirm if you're the account holder?
    4. Address
    5. Date of birth
