I am buying a new build from a housing co-op agency and have noticed during a site visit that there is no hot press in the house although it is in the plan that I was given during contract signing. There is also no bin store although this was in the preliminary spec sheet. Can I contest these? Realistically how likely is…

Can I contest these? Realistically how likely is it I can force them to include them?
