    Hi Eir,

it is starting to become a joke.

Ordered FTTH in November, been told it was available then.

Appointment, took holidays, no one shows up. At 5pm I ring to ask, been told that the guy didn't show cause line wasn't ready. Thanks for letting me know, first holiday wasted.

New Appointment, KN shows up, looks at conduit on road, decides it is too small. I mentioned that multiple times over the phone. Work order was submitted for new conduit.

New Appointment, apparently conduit installed. No it wasn't no one dug anything in front of our place. Anyway accepted appointment. Turns out it is just another survey, since the conduit was rejected and he was supposed to re-survey for a new pole. Pole work order submitted.

Since then I am in limbo, I am being told that no one can contact the guys who actually put up the poles. I think that is a bit of a joke, people need to speak to each other.

I was then told it is pending a license, I rang the local office dealing with these and they did not receive a request, nor do they usually need any license for a new pole.

Now I am here and trying to get someone to talk solutions and not only hide behind the fact that this is different teams which apparently don't know each other.

I need this installed before March and I mentioned this before and I was promised it would be done. I need this for work, not pleasure.

    Regards,
    Daniel

It is crazy, even the actual EIR guy who covers the local area in regards to faults etc doesn't know how to contact the group responsible for poles. It is all contracted out.
