Sky+(white box) recording problem.

Hi all, can anyone help with a strange problem with Sky+(white box). When I set recordings early in the day to view later on I have no problem viewing them. But if I want to watch same programmes next day I can't. A message comes up saying "to view this channel contact your broadcaster to upgrade." Any ideas anyone?
