Hi, not sure if this was asked before so apologies in advance.

We are looking to put our house on market in the next few months. Based in north county Dublin. Can anyone recommend a reliable estate agent. One agent that I assumed to be well regarded was said to be very hard to communicate with (rumour more so then fact) so Ill take that with a fine pinch of salt.

Anybody with first hand experience, good or bad that could advise ?

    thanks in advance.

To sell a house, you need an agent that will organise viewings for buyers at short notice, and convenient times, etc.

For that reason I would consider going to a local agent who knows the area (or even the street itself). As long as they are on DAFT and MyHome, people will see the ads.
