Online P21 Query

My p21 has been available to "view" on revenue.ie for a few days now but when I click to view the statement it is nowhere to be found in MyDocuments. Does anyone know if maybe it takes a few days to become actually viewable or is it maybe a glitch I should ring about? Thanks.

If you go to My Documents and then sort by year and go to 2019 it should be in there
