    Hi there,

My p21 has been available to "view" on revenue.ie for a few days now but when I click to view the statement it is nowhere to be found in MyDocuments. Does anyone know if maybe it takes a few days to become actually viewable or is it maybe a glitch I should ring about
    Thanks.

When you click View it should open up in browser, as a PDF.

Ensure that the browser you are using isnt blocking 'pop ups'

Disable pop ups and try view the P21

Sounds like you're using Firefox....pdf's dont open automatically. You should click on the menu at the top right corner. Select Options...then scroll down to Applications....and when there, scroll down and change the option for both PDF and Portable Document File (if they are separate) and instruct Firefox to use whichever PDF reader you have installed (Adobe Acrobat or Foxit perhaps). Next time you open a PDF, it should open in the application but at least you'll be able to read it...

    Hope this helps!

Apologies for hijacking your thread but can anyone tell me where to find my 2018 employer returns on MyAccount. I remember viewing a page last year that listed mine and my jointly assessed husbands details but I can't find it now. My husband is still waiting for his P60 so I just want to have a look online and see if they have uploaded their returns yet. Public Service Payroll Office BTW - You'd imagine they'd be ahead of the game:rolleyes:

Employers should return their annual P35 details by mid-February. It then takes a little while for the details to be uploaded onto individual taxpayers' records.

Public Service payroll offices are not necessarily the first to file their returns. In my experience one government department, and one branch of the public service were on the 'notoriously slow to provide info' anecdotal list.

Sorry for the hijack. My daughter submitted a request for a P21 nearly a fortnight ago and it’s still saying it’s being processed. How long should this be taking?

Very large delays at the moment. If it was online and normally all was in order it would issue in 24 to 48 hours. If it hasn't issued in two weeks, it's been held up and it's stuck in a queue to review. It's traditionally one of the busiest times of the year anyway for PAYE areas and with PAYE Modernisation it's increased the strain on resources.
