Bluetooth sim adapter?

    Hi folks,

    Are there Bluetooth adapters that can be used with android phones to add a second sim? I know there are dual sim phones obviously like one plus. I have a pixel 3 and will be in the US for a few months and need to use a US sim for work.. wondering is there a device I can put my irish sim into and still received calls/texts from my irish sim seamlessly?
