    Hey folks
Just a quick one , we have a man cave /granny flat out the back ,
A lot of the time its very cold out there as the radiators are electric and rarely turned on as no one does be out there,

But the shower gets used often as the main house bathroom is occupied, iv noticed this morning the ground is damp by the boiler but doesn't seem to have leaked from it as its stops a few inches form the boiler,

Could it be condensation from the pipes they are not insulated ?
It doesn't seem wet enough to be a leak , the young lad normally has a shower a day out there and has it boiling as iv noticed the condensation in the bathroom ,

    Any thoughts would be great

Most likely condensation from said uninsulated pipes. Get a bit of insulation on and see if it disappears.
