    Hi

I am looking to replace a single channel Programmer with a Hive

I see I can get a single Channel Hive to do this but would it be better to get the Dual channel ie one heating zone + Hot water and just not use the Hot water Channel but have it available for Future use in case Zone valve fitted

will not using the Hot Water channel cause faults to show on Hive etc

Thanks Also where is best place to buy Hive in Dublin I will do self-installation

    Thanks

You can certainly fit the dual channel and just not wire it up or use it.
It will cause no harm or fault, will just appear as a not water option on your app and hive stat.
