Myself and DP are heading to Spain in the summer and decided to do 11 days in Ibiza to top off the holiday.

Never been before, would love if you could recommend some activities throughout the day, any specific nice excursions? Restaurants?

Visit the old town? San Antonio?

Definitely visit the old town it's really beautiful to walk around and there are some great restaurants around the marina where you can sit outside and watch all the billionaires yachts come in and out :D

Would highly recommend a trip to Formentera one of the days, it is really nice and you can get a boat to it easily enough.

Not much to do in San Antonio during the day, if your into water sports/activities it has a lot of that going on. It also has Ocean Beach which is a daytime pool party ( be prepared for a very expensive day out though if you go )

San Antonio also has the Sunset Strip, would highly recommended booking a dinner table along here ( Cafe Mambo does excellent food and cocktails but book in advance to get a good spot for the sunset ) and watch the sunset, it is one of the most incredible Sunsets I've seen. Kumharas is just outside San Antonio an excellent place to go for dinner and drinks.

We are staying in Playa D'en Bossa this year. If you want to experience any of the clubbing side of things let me know and I can also make some recommendations.

Nice one. How expensive is Ibiza for general eating and drinking out compared to midland Spain for example?

Ocean beach sounds great, as does the pool party! We’re a young couple so will be perfect, how expensive are we talking though?

We’re heading to Spain for a month and Ibiza is at the end of the holiday so will need extra I’m sure..

The main resorts ( San An, Playa D'en Bossa, Ibiza Town ) are more expensive than the mainland for eating out and drinking. If you go to one of the super clubs be prepared to pay anywhere between 35-60 euro just to get in and same again for a round of drinks - most expensive I've experienced is Pacha, €120 in for 2 of us and then €53 for a round of drinks ( 2 spirits with mixers and some water ) suffice to say we pre drank after that !! If you go outside the main resorts prices do go down and I would encourage you to explore the whole island as it has a lot more to offer than just non stop partying.

We loved Ocean Beach last year, we paid €70 for 2 sun loungers and got a bottle of Bacardi and mixers which lasted us the whole day, over all we spent around €350, you can do it cheaper if you don't book a sun lounger but you will be standing around all day and there are cheaper drinks on the menu, price list should be on there website. We were celebrating our 5 year anniversary when we went last year so didn't mind treating ourselves.

If you do go you will need a lot of spending money, it's not for everyone but we go every year and love it! 11 nights is definitely doable if you don't party every night

Ibiza is so much more than a party island, myself and the OH are quiet reserved and not ones to be clubbing until 5 or 6 AM and we'd still choose Ibiza over just about anywhere else for a bit of sun and relaxation.

The sunsets are incredible, +1 for any of the restaurants along the rocks by Cafe mambo, they all do great food and cocktails along there but to get the best seats you will need to commit to spending about 100 euro in Cafe Mambo (easily done with 2 courses each and a few cocktails), however you could easily go next door to Cafe Del Mar or Savannah and it will be a bit cheaper.
I'd recommend spending one evening doing this at least, you'll also usually get a famous DJ or artist playing tunes from inside the restaurant so it justifies the price a bit, Martin Solveig played last time we were in Mambo.
But, you could also just grab a couple of cans/bottles from one of the shops and get comfy on the rocks just up from Mambo too for the sunset.

+1 for Formentera and Ibiza Old Town is another 2 or 3 days, I'd suggest hiring a car and checking out some of the more secluded beaches too, some great little ones.

So many nice places to eat too, if in San Antonio check out skinny Kitchen at the start of the Marina, very reasonable with some great fresh foods and cocktails.

Now I wanna go back again

Edit, another note on Accommodation if you haven't booked anything yet, 5* in Play D'en Bossa we stayed in Grand Palladium Palace, amazing hotel but it does not having DJs etc playing, if you'd prefer that Ushaia or Hard Rock are 5 mins down the beach.
And if you wanna go budget, then Hotel Gran Sol in San Antonio is very good for the price, I think we paid about 80 - 90 a night for Bed and Breakfast, great location in a clean safe hotel.

Agree with all of the above, we actually did spend a few night just sitting on the rocks outside Cafe Mambo with a few drinks!

We are booked for July getting really excited for it now

    Thanks for the tips everyone.

Staying in a 2 star hotel bed and breakfast €700 for 11 nights which I found fine tbh, and the reviews are pretty good. Hotel Brisa.

Cafe mambo sounds unreal, don’t think I could justify paying €300/400 out for a day at a pool party, but ya never know!

    Looking forward to it!
