Chademo "vehicle problem dtc 20001" error

I have got this using Topaz Newcastle Road twice with my Outlander phev.
Other charge points with Chademo have been fine, although I mainly use granny at work.

There isn't that much info on the net, has anyone else got the error and knows what it means exactly?

Conducting an insulation test before each
charging is an effective means to prevent
accidents such as short circuit due to aging
degradation or the abuse of connecter cables.
When the insulation test is completed, by
closing the ‘d2’relay, the charger lets the vehicle
know that preparations for charging have been
completed through the analog pin No.10. The
vehicle recognizes this via the photo-coupler ‘g’,
and finally charging is commenced.

Considering your Outlander works at other chargers I'd be looking at the cable. Are others using the charger?

A sign on the unit etc is too much for them.

Thanks, I'll keep checking but right now it looks like the charger plug on the charge point rather than an issue with the car itself.
