I've been looking forward to this for a while and it was supposed to be released on Netflix internationally (outside the UK ) on the 25th, but no sign of it yet.

Anyone any ideas why Netflix Ireland cant see this?

When they say "Outside the UK" they mean "Outside the UK and Ireland". If the UK don't get it, then we don't regardless of the fact that the BBC is not our national broadcaster. It's likely we're too small for Netflix to be bothered disentangling UK and Irish broadcasting rights.

Watched it, excellent show all round.

I think it handled the subject very well, without trying to simplify the geopolitics or make it more palatable. There seemed to be real dedication from the cast and program makers.

Up there with Chernobyl for being educational, well made and compelling.
