Foreign rental income and Form 12 question

    Hello all,

I am a non-EU individual, working in Ireland for few years which living on rent here and also have a flat on rent in my origin country. My rental income goes to my bank account at my origin country and I don't transfer money to my Irish nor any EU bank account, so money stays in my origin country. I pay income tax because of rent income to my origin country. There is also double taxation agreement between Ireland and my origin country.

Should (or do I have to) state this income at Form 12? If yes, under which tab? I am not sure if it falls under "Other Foreign Income Including Rents" because money doesn't enter into Ireland.

If I state the rental income, then probably revenue will ask me to pay tax of this income, then how can I submit proof of paid taxes for this rental income at my origin country?

    Thank you!

Edit: On this page : https://www.revenue.ie/en/property/rental-income/foreign-rental-income/index.aspx I found this info : If you are not domiciled in Ireland you only pay Irish tax on the foreign rental income that you bring in to Ireland.
So if I am not bringing any foreign rental income to Ireland does it mean I don't have to declare my rental income in my origin country?
