They do on business plans anyway as I received the below via SMS earlier this week:
Service Notice: You can now block premium rate messages, i.e. 53xxx and 57xxx numbers, being sent or received on your phone. To avail of this simply text PRSMSBAR to 50104 to block these messages or text PRSMSALLOW to 50104 to allow these messages. From eir business.

    Hi CVB,

Yes, it is possible to bar and block premium messages on our network.

All you need to do is text PRMSBAR to 50104.

    Thanks,

    Grainne

    Hello,

Is there a cost for this?
I sent the text, and the reply says I ordered an add-on.

Where can we find more info on this? The text gives only a link to the main eir website. Thanks.

    Hi JoyPad,

There is no charge for this text message.

These bars can also be added to landline accounts.
