HP Laptop screen.. Here € 120.00 UK € 50.00 !!

    HP Notebook 17.3 -- screen cracked....
    Got quotes here online of 120.00 to € 200.00...
    Tried UK sites... can get it there € 50.00 to € 70.00 postage etc.

    What's happening ??

    Is there a problem with the UK ones.

    And finally... I did try HP... They don't deal with the public..... their recommended seller does not sell to the public either... and doesn't know who they sell on to.....

    IE Find it yourself.

    Any input welcome..... especially from Irish Laptop parts businesses.

    Are you saying that you can buy the parts for those priced? Or is that a full replacement cost without you having to DIY?

    Ireland is a pretty limited market for these kind of things, hence higher prices. If the screen fits the spec then I would order from wherever is cheapest. Use parcel motel for better post cost if the postage to Ireland is high.
